Personal History:

Dr. Xinsheng Cedric Yu received his Doctor of Science., in Electrical Engineering from Washington University, in St. Louis. Dr.Yu came from the Department of Physics, at Oakland University, in Rochester, MI. He joined the University of Maryland School of Medicine in 1997, as an Assistant Professor.
