Personal History:Dr. Hackman is a graduate of the University of Maryland Medical School who also received her Psychiatry Residency Training here. She has been working on the University of Maryland’s Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) since the completion of her residency. She is interested in issues related to severe and chronic mental illness. She is also involved in the education and training of psychiatry residents.
