After receiving her degree in podiatric medicine from the Dr. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in North Chicago, Illinois; Dr. Durrance completed a three year podiatric surgical residency at the DVA Maryland Healthcare System in Baltimore, Maryland. During residency she completed training in all aspects of podiatric medicine including rearfoot and ankle surgery; as well as extensive training in diabetic wound care and limb salvage. She is a member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, the American Podiatric Medical Association, and is a Certified Wound Specialist (CWS) from the American Board of Wound Management.
Dr. Durrance's interests include digital, forefoot, and rearfoot surgery; flatfeet; bunions; hammertoes; arthritis; sports medicine; ankle sprains; tendonitis; heel pain; orthotics; Diabetic limb salvage and wound care.
Dr. Durrance specializes in procedures related to the foot and ankle; including digital, forefoot, and rearfoot procedures. Specifically Dr. Durrance specializes in bunions; hammertoes; arthritis; flatfeet; sports medicine; ankle sprains; tendonitis; heel pain; and orthotics. She also has a special interest in Diabetic limb salvage including advanced wound care techniques.
