Personal HistoryDr. Sharma received his BS in Biology (emphasis in genetics) from St. Cloud State University 1995. He received his PhD in Anatomy and Cell Biology at University of Iowa College of Medicine 2000. He received his D.O. in Medicine at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences 2005. Dr. Sharma completed his intership at Mercy Catholic Medical Center in 2006. Dr. Sharma did a fellowship at University of Iowa College of Medicine in 2001. He completed his residency at Fox Chase Cancer Center in 2010. Dr. Sharma then joined the Department of Radiation Oncology at the University of Maryland School of Medicine as an Assistant Professor in 2010.
