Policy is used to determine whether certain technologies and pharmaceuticals are medically necessary and/or or investigational; a process that is based on peer-reviewed evidentiary quality.
Geoffrey received his BS from McGill University in 2004; MD with Magna Cum Laude from Albany Medical College in 2008 and MS in Epidemiology from the University of Maryland in 2011. He completed his internship in Internal Medicine at Stanford University Medical Center and residency in General Preventive Medicine at the University of Maryland Medical Center.
Using predictive risk identification as a means for decreasing unnecessary medical utilization, preventing poor clinical outcomes, and increasing adherence to evidence-supported medical interventions.
