Personal History:

Dr. Citron is a graduate of Wake Forest University School of Medicine, and she completed her residency training at the University of Chicago. Dr. Citron joined the University of Maryland School of Medicine Department of Radiation Oncology in 2008.

She sees cancer patients at the Tate Cancer Center at The Baltimore Washington Medical Center and has particular interest in breast cancer. Dr. Citron has expertise in Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT), Image Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT), and Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT).

In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Dr. Citron is the director of the residency program at the University of Maryland School of Medicine Department of Radiation Oncology.
