The Clinical Specimens Core is responsible for securing the availability of clinical specimens required for the various UMB-CCHI projects.  Duties include the preparation of clinical protocols, obtaining IRB approval, recruiting volunteers and coordinating the collection of biopsies, blood, stool and other specimens.
