• FY2009 Promotion Deadlines:

• APT Level Promotions are due in OAA:
  Wednesday December 10, 2008

• Promotions to Assistant Professor (Full-Time) are due in OAA:
  Wednesday April 1, 2009

• Promotions to Assistant Professor (Part-Time or Volunteer) are due in OAA:
  Friday May 1, 2009

• REMINDER - For APT level promotions - You will be notified when to send the 75 copies (double-sided) of the CV’s.

• All academic degrees must be designated as awarded (see Dean’s memo regarding faculty degrees).

• All promotions at all ranks are effective July 1 of the upcoming fiscal year.
