Deadline: Wednesday, December 9, 2009 (5:00 pm) 

1. Read the 2001 APT Committee memo regarding APT level promotions.

2. Read through the packet checklist (PDF or MS Word) before beginning to obtain materials for this promotion and continue to use as a working guideline.

3. Ensure that all criteria listed have been met before submitting the completed packet to the OAA.

4. Promotions at these ranks take four to six months to complete, as they are reviewed by the OAA, APT Committee, Executive Committee, School of Medicine Council, President and the Dean.

5. Do not send an electronic copy of the candidate’s CV until you are notified by OAA. Be sure to keep track of the final version as requested revisions are made.   

Assistant Professor - Tenure Track
